The Canadian Mental Health Association is "a nation-wide voluntary organization that promotes the mental health of all and supports people experiencing mental illness." Vision "Mentally healthy people in a healthy society." The Yarmouth Digby Shelburne (YDS) Branch We are a community-based organization. Our main goal is to increase mental health awareness, education and advocacy for the people in the Tri-County area.
